Mental Health and Covid

It is hard to avoid anxiety and stress when we face change and uncertainty. It tests our skills at looking after ourselves, regulating our emotions, and keeping up our spirits and faith in the future. So instead of asking “Is Covid affecting my mental health?” you may find it more helpful to ask “What do I need to do for myself to get through this time as well as I can?” To use it as a wakeup call to really notice how you are feeling and to validate your feelings and improve your bodycare, heartcare, mindcare and spiritcare NOW!

So this is an invitation to be staunch to yourself, and kinder to everyone, including yourself.
